IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Important Information

Basic conditions concerning inquiries, technical information, verification, machine testing, and use of deliverables.

Inquiries and Contract Formation

The website and the inquiry email explain the services and receive inquiries. Sending an email is not an order, an offer, or a contract.

The reply states whether the work can be accepted, which materials are needed, how it could proceed, and whether a quotation will be prepared. Detailed review of drawings or NC data, design, CAM, and verification are quoted after the scope is defined. When the terms are ready, a services agreement sets the scope, price, schedule, payment timing, and confidentiality. There is no separate confidentiality agreement, and no meeting, telephone, or web-meeting slot. Send confidential material only after that agreement sets how it will be handled.

Fees are quoted for each project. Work starts only after the services agreement confirms the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, verification, corrections, and payment timing.

Website Information and Technical Samples

Descriptions, technical information, examples, and technical samples on this website are general information introducing our services and methods. They are not individualized technical instructions for any specific machine or product.

Do not use a technical sample directly for production machining, machine operation, equipment configuration, or safety decisions.

Final Verification on the Machine

NC programs and post-processors must be verified progressively using methods appropriate to the target machine, such as single block, reduced feed override, and dry run, in accordance with the machine manufacturer's procedures and the customer's safety-management rules.

Simulation does not reliably predict or suppress physical phenomena such as chatter, tool breakage, workpiece distortion, surface lean, or product deformation.

License and Prohibited Conduct

The delivered SPPX source code, machine kinematics, and other licensed deliverables may be used only for the equipment, site, purpose, and number of copies agreed in the project documents.

Unless expressly permitted or allowed by applicable law, use on other equipment, provision to third parties, redistribution, or sale is prohibited. Customers may edit the delivered SPPX, but a modified post is excluded from warranty and subsequent modification service.

Conditions for Post Modification Requests

A post modification request is accepted only when the post was developed by Manufacturing Foundations and the SPPX supplied by the customer is confirmed, by revision and hash or equivalent means, to be identical to the version under our control. An SPPX containing any customer or third-party change, addition, deletion, formatting change, or other difference is not accepted for modification. Keep the original delivered file unchanged if future modification service may be required.

Internal Assets Excluded from Delivery

Except for the deliverable SPPX itself, master posts, shared templates, internal libraries, test tools, development procedures, generalized conversion logic, and other internal development assets are not included in the deliverables.

Relationship to Project Documents

If the website differs from the quotation or the services agreement for a project, the services agreement prevails.
